Arnold Esguerra has a well established nursing career expanding to more than eighteen years. He has worked in various health care settings including nursing patients in acute medical and surgical units, and patients requiring high acuity care. He has been a nurse practitioner (NP) for seven years with experience in providing primary and comprehensive care to all clients of all ages requiring different health care services including acute and episodic care, chronic disease management, primary health care, mental health care and more recently advanced foot care services. As a NP, Arnold puts his patient and their family at the center of their care plan. He strives to provide a timely, evidence based, competent and holistic approach in every patient encounter.

Arnold is a Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance (CADDRA) member and obtained certification to competently assess and manage clients (6 years and over) with ADHD.

Arnold has also a membership with Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses (CAFCN). He recently obtained certification in assessment and treatment for ingrown and involuted toenails utilizing a non-surgical and painless system by Onyfix. It’s an innovative, versatile, and effective treatment to provide relief from pain, corrects various nail problems and helps nails grow back naturally. As a nurse practitioner, Toni consistently strives for holism and comprehensiveness through patient-centredness, team collaboration, and evidence-informed practice.
